    Li sent a written instruction to a symposium on developing energy-saving and new energy vehicles.

 

  Oct 21 Li chaired an executive meeting of the State Council.

The meeting focused on preferential tax policies to support mass entrepreneurship and innovation, reform of the household registration system and financial reforms in the Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone.

    Li called Canadian Prime Minister-elect Justin Trudeau to congratulate him on his election.
